Reporter Lynda V. Mapes discusses her book, "Witness Tree," on Q13 Fox
Environment reporter Lynda V. Mapes appeared on Q13 Fox this morning to discuss her book, "Witness Tree," and how it reexamines climate change from the perspective of a century-old tree.
"As a reporter, I was looking to cover climate change differently - to see the quiet testimony of nature," said Mapes.
"Here you are seeing a global phenomenon all the way inside the cellular function of the leaves."
Mapes will be launching her book at Seattle Public Library on Tuesday, Apr. 11 from 7-8:30 p.m.
