Join us for the first in a series of community discussions on race and social justice issues hosted by the Mount Baker Community Club. Our goal is to increase understanding and foster trust in our neighborhood. Guests will include The Seattle Times "Under Our Skin" creators, NAAM, 21 Progress, Bishop Greg Rocket, the Seattle Public Schools Equity and Race Relations Team and more.

They can leave us feeling depleted and wondering whether anything has really changed. For those of us who freeze up at the prospect of talking about race, we hope this project will help break the ice.
